Adi Steiner - Partner & CEO With over twenty years of experience in construction and project management, Adi Steiner is one of the founders of STC Partners. Prior to founding the company, he worked as an independent consultant and held various management roles within Strabag Romania. His extensive experience includes landmark projects such as Sky Tower and Promenada Mall. Adi holds a degree in Engineering, Planning and Construction Management from FH Joanneum University in Austria.

Roxana Cristea - Partner & COO Roxana Cristea has over fifteen years of professional experience in construction and business development. Prior to joining STC Partners, she worked as an independent consultant and held acquisition and business development management roles at Strabag Romania. Roxana has successfully managed the development and acquisition of a large number of property projects. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Construction Management from the Technical University of Construction Bucharest.
